Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: September 22, 2026

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us through the in-product Feedback function if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. The service

Formora provides tools to create, publish, distribute and analyze online forms, accept files and signatures, connect payment providers, and automate follow-up actions. Features and limits vary by plan and may evolve over time.

3. Your content and respondents

You retain rights in forms and content you submit. You grant Formora a limited license to host, copy, process and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for notices, consent, retention and lawful processing of respondent information. Do not request highly sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis and suitable safeguards.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Formora for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or infringing activity; malware, credential theft, unsolicited messaging, prohibited goods, harassment, exploitation, or attempts to bypass service limits or security controls. We may restrict or remove harmful forms and suspend accounts where reasonably necessary.

5. Payments collected through forms

Form creators connect their own Stripe or PayPal account. The payment provider—not Formora—processes the payer’s credentials and settlement. Form creators are the merchant responsible for prices, taxes, refunds, disputes, delivery, regulatory obligations and customer support. Formora does not guarantee that an external PayPal payment link matches a displayed dynamic amount; Stripe Connect orders created by Formora are recalculated and verified server-side.

6. Plans, trials and billing

Free features are subject to the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans include a 7-day trial unless stated otherwise. At the end of the trial, the selected monthly or annual plan automatically renews through PayPal at the displayed price until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges when approving the subscription with PayPal. Taxes or provider currency conversion may apply.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel from Formora Account settings or directly in PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and may end paid access immediately after provider confirmation. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Formora reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features, apply reasonable limits, or perform maintenance. We will try to give reasonable notice of material paid-feature changes where practicable.

9. Third-party services

Formora integrates with services such as Supabase, Vercel, Google, PayPal, Stripe and Resend. Your use of those services may be governed by their separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or account eligibility decisions.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formora is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Formora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, payment disputes, or customer content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid Formora during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using Formora or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or nonpayment. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
