Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective and last updated: September 22, 2026

1. Seven-day trial

Your trial starts when PayPal confirms the subscription. No Formora subscription charge is scheduled during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial expires, PayPal will automatically charge the monthly or annual price selected at checkout when the trial ends.

2. Automatic renewal

After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. The price and billing interval are displayed before you continue to PayPal. PayPal may show taxes, currency conversion or other provider details before approval.

3. How to cancel

  1. Sign in to Formora.
  2. Open your account from the top navigation.
  3. Select Cancel subscription and confirm.

You may also cancel from your PayPal account’s automatic payments or subscriptions settings. Cancel before the end of the trial or current billing period to prevent the next scheduled charge. After cancellation is confirmed, paid Formora features may end immediately; your account and forms remain available subject to Free plan limits.

4. Refunds

Subscription payments already completed are generally non-refundable, including unused time in a billing period, except where required by applicable law. We may review requests involving an accidental duplicate charge or a confirmed Formora billing error if reported within 7 days of the charge. Approval is not guaranteed.

5. Requesting billing help

Use the in-product Feedback button, choose “Bug” or “Other,” and begin the message with “Billing request.” Include your Formora account email, PayPal transaction or subscription ID, charge date, amount and reason. Never include your PayPal password, card number or bank credentials.

6. Form payments are separate

This policy covers subscriptions paid to Formora. Payments made through a customer-created form are transactions with that form’s merchant. Refund and cancellation requests for those payments must be directed to the form creator or the relevant payment provider.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. If local law requires a cancellation right or refund, that law controls.
